| Currently I am running three classes per week. The three classes are all similar and “mixed ability” means what it says – yoga for everyone.
Beginners are welcome to all three.
The Memorial Hall AL4 8AY:- The Memorial Hall, Marford Road, Wheathampstead , on Tuesday evenings during term time there is a choice of two classes.
Dates for the above classes:- See Message Board The Harpenden Trust Centre AL5 1PS:- At The Harpenden Trust Centre, 90 Southdown Road, Harpenden on Thursday evenings during term time there is a third class from 7.30 to 9.00pm. The cost is £6.00 per class.. Dates for the Harpenden classes:- See Message Board Further information:- There is a comprehensive list of class dates on the message board. You can save £1.00 per week by making an advance payment at the beginning of the term. This applies to all three classes. Please phone or e-mail to book a space. Yoga mats are supplied if you do not have one of your own. If you have any medical conditions, injuries or you are pregnant please could you let me know? In order to make progress, regular attendance at the class and some simple home practice is recommended. There is no pressure to perform at the class, so feel free to take a rest any time if you need to. The atmosphere is informal and friendly. Preferably your last meal before yoga should be about two hours before. Light snacks are OK. If you are late, come in quietly and find a space without too much disturbance. What to wear:- Loose comfortable clothing which enable you to move and stretch. Layers are better as you can take them off and put them back on as required. Bring something warm to put on for the relaxation part of the class. Yoga is best done with bare feet in order to give you grip and stability.
