You are welcome to come along to the class providing you have reached 14 weeks of pregnancy.  Please phone or e-mail to book a space.  The class is ongoing apart from bank holidays and my holidays, and is weekly paid.  Yoga mats are supplied if you do not have one of your own.

Please refer to the message board for a comprehensive list of class dates.

If your pregnancy is not absolutely normal or you have any medical conditions please could you let me know?  In order to make progress, regular attendance at the class and some simple home practice is recommended.  There is no pressure to perform at the class, so feel free to take a rest any time if you need to.

Preferably your last meal before yoga should be about two hours before. Light snacks are OK.

What to wear.
Loose comfortable clothing which enable you to move and stretch. Layers are better as you can take them off and put them back on as required.  Yoga is best done with bare feet in order not to slip.  If you like you can bring two cushions for the relaxation part of the class.  One for under your head and one for under your “bump”.
