Antenatal Yoga (I am a retired midwife) and Classical Yoga
suitable for beginners, improvers and the more experienced. Classes are held
in Wheathampstead and Harpenden.
I trained and qualified with the British Wheel of Yoga who are the Governing Body for Yoga in Great Britain and have been teaching yoga for
9 years.
